The Casanova Bluelife penthouses enjoy a strategic location, just steps from Trieste's city center, close to the train station, bus stops, taxi stands, and public transportation.
Located in an elegant, recently renovated complex, each apartment has private parking in the underground garage. They are an easy 5-minute walk from the station.
The apartments are located on the eighth and ninth floors, served by an elevator: 4 penthouses in total, with a maximum capacity of 6, 7, and 8 people, ideal for families or small groups.
Completely renovated, they feature panoramic terraces on both floors, indoor and outdoor dining tables, a desk area, and a heated outdoor hot tub with sea and city views.
The open view of the Gulf of Trieste, the old port, Piazza Unità d'Italia, San Giusto Castle, and Miramare makes for a unique and evocative stay, perfect for relaxing and enjoying spectacular sunsets.
Equipped with every comfort: underfloor heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, kitchen equipped with dishwasher and induction stove, 3 bathrooms, WiFi, and TV. Bed linens and towels are included.

Casanova Trieste Centrale
The Casanova Trieste Centrale hotel is strategically located just steps from Trieste city center, close to the main train station, the bus station, taxis, and buses.
It is located on a quiet street with no traffic restrictions, where you can unload your luggage and find a nearby parking spot or park for a fee in the car park next to the station, just a few minutes' walk away.
If you arrive by train, the apartment is a 5-minute walk away.
The apartments are located on the ground floor of a completely renovated period building: 2 studios, 6 one-bedroom apartments, and 2 three-bedroom apartments, allowing us to meet the needs of individual travelers, families, and small groups.
Our apartments have been completely renovated and are all fully equipped with a kitchenette with an induction hob, private bathroom, air conditioning, and WiFi.
The cost of your stay includes bed linen and towels.
